It was certain that at some point my passion for food, for travel, and for chocolate would converge. When I found a local chocolate maker offering bean-to-bar chocolate-making classes a door opened into an endlessly inspiring and rich world.
I learn by doing, as I go — diving right in. I love cooking and experimenting. I am inspired by many things — by the beans, by the season, by something I once ate, by a recipe I see and by flavors I love.
