Sesame celebration; a Japanese inspired rice (with a touch of oat) mylk black sesame whyte chocolate with toasted golden and black sesame seeds folded in, sea salt and Okinawa brown sugar over the back. It’s sweet (but not too) and savory, with a roasty nuttiness from the sesame and a toothsome texture from the rice. It’d be lovely with a cup of tea or coffee on a sunny fall day!
