I loved sour candy when I was younger...I could crunch through a roll of Sweetarts like there was no tomorrow. Feels like it was an all too often ritual as a kid growing up in the 80s and 90s. I still like sour candy here and there, but I also love chocolate (ok yeah, that’s obvious 😂) Here we have my new Blue Raspberry bar - a mashup of fruity/tart and chocolate in oh so bright <but natural> colors. Pineapple blue spirulina oat white chocolate with crushed raspberries over the back. It’s smooth and pineappley, and just as the chocolate melts you get hit with the bright and crunchy raspberries. Bar 2 of 4 of my new Celebrate Spring set. Here's to longer days, more sunshine, blooming flowers, and more blue skies ahead!
