It’s that time of year again, when zucchini are coming out everyone’s ears, dahlias are bursting with blooms, and tomatoes are all ripening *at once* Time for Caprese salad! Or maybe a Caprese chocolate bar? Every year I make this a little different…this year we have a yellow tomato white chocolate with flecks of dried balsamic vinegar, layered with basil olive oil white chocolate. And as always, dried sun golds and sea salt over the back. It’s a bright and sunny bar, filled with the warmth and bounty of late summer, and a lightly savory finish 🌿 🍅 🌿
