Planning out how I want to layer the flavors in a bar is half the fun. Put the inclusion in? Sprinkle it over the top? Layer flavor in different chocolates? Swirl or infuse or ??? Here we have this year’s Caprese bar; a layer of basil olive oil white chocolate, topped with a layer of balsamic tomato white chocolate and sprinkles of tomato powder, basil, sea salt and dehydrated sun gold tomatoes. It’s fruity, bright and a touch savory, the sun golds bring a chewy pop. Bar 2 of a 3 bar late summer favorites set.
