In Portland, suddenly everything has burst into full bloom. In combination with longer days and more sun, it's very uplifting! I took inspiration from this for this new bar, Colors of Spring! Lemon oat white chocolate with figs, raspberries, almond, pistachios and poppy seeds. Inspired by the beautiful nature around us, by everything that is springing to life!
