Nibby Stout bar is back! Guatemala Cahabón 60% vanilla dark milk chocolate with stout infused nibs and Celtic salt over the back. Last year I used Guinness, this year I swapped in a local favorite, Cavatica Stout from Fort George Brewery. It’s richer and darker than Guinness, resulting in a deeper flavor. The chocolate is a creamy dreamy milk chocolate with a marshmallow-y flavor, the nibs and salt add crunchy/bitter/salty notes that make it pretty darn irresistible.
