60% Dark Milk with Honeycomb and Sea Salt
I grew up calling it sponge candy. In Oregon we call it sea foam, and depending on where you are from you may also call it cinder toffee or hokey pokey.
My Honeycomb Crunch bar is Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 60% dark milk with in house made crushed honeycomb, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt on the back.
Ingredients: Cacao, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, organic tapioca starch, baking soda, Jacobsen's Salt.
