I have a friend, Matt, who gave me the brilliant idea that you can grow cayenne chilis, dry them and make your chili flakes. Such a simple and easy idea...and the result is incredible. You’ll never go back to the sad chili flakes at the grocery store (unless you have to because you run out!) Matty Spicewell bar; Fiji Raki Raki 70% Dark with cashews and ground chilis. Fudgy and gently fruity, with a nuttiness from the cashews and a just a little heat from chilis.
