A creamy dreamy blend of fruity Madagascar Bejofo cacao blended with Hazelnut Hill Hazelnuts and organic cane sugar, with Jacobsen’s sea salt over the back and a few hazlenuts folded in for good measure and crunch! It’s super rich and creamy from the hazelnuts, with an underlying brightness and strawberry notes at the end from the cacao.

Hazelnuts, also known as filberts, thrive in Oregon. The 45th parallel naturally provides the perfect conditions. If you follow it about 6500 miles easy you’ll land in Turkey, the largest hazelnut producer in the world. Unlike some other nut trees, hazelnuts are low maintenance; they have modest water needs and are self pollinating. They’ve been cultivated in Oregon since the mid-1800s, and have been the official state nut since 1989. 99% of domestic production is grown in Oregon, which is only 4% of the world’s production.
