School may be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean PBJ season is over! This bar is actually based on a scone I loved years ago, recipe written by a baker friend named Dan. It was a PBJ scone, a deeply toasted peanut butter oat scone that was buttery and delicious, with a strawberry jam thumbprint center. Here we have my version - PB&J bar; toasted oat peanut butter vegan friendly white chocolate with salted peanuts, strawberry fruit leather and peanut powder dusted over the back
Ingredients: Cocoa butter, organic oats, organic cane sugar, panela, strawberries, peanuts, maple syrup, organic peanut flour, organic coconut palm sugar, salt.
