I made this bar for a sale at my kids’ Japanese immersion school spring festival, which in typical Portland fashion was held on a rainy day sandwiched between sunny days! Vietnam Dak Nong 60% dark milk, studded with sesame seeds and dusted with yuzu powder and sea salt. It’s rich and fudgy, with nuttiness from the sesame seeds and brightness from the Yuzu. I saved a few for my online customers and subscribers, as I wanted to make sure you get a chance to try it!
